The full sample set is the full set of construction
documents as supplied by the architect for a
previous church building program, delivered to you as PDF files.
These plans are called sample sets as they are not for
construction, nor are they editable. They are, however, the
detailed plans from a previous building program. The full
sample set of plans does not include modifications of
any sort. These plans do, however, provide your church very
detailed drawings that can be used to:
ü
Get an accurate construction bid.
ü
Begin the plan review process with the local
building department.
ü
Determine what changes, if any, need to be
made to the plans prior to construction.
ü
Provide a civil engineer detailed drawings to
begin the site plan.
ü
Provide to a lender as part of a loan
application package.
ü
The contents of the sample set of plans vary
between plans, but typically include:
Detailed Floor Plan, with Dimensions
Four Exterior Elevations, with Dimensions
Door Schedules
Bathroom Details
Foundation Plan
Wall Type or Sections
UL Details
Code Summary
Building Section (typical, but not on all plans)
Some plans may have Mechanical,
Electrical, and Plumbing plans, if available, included at no
extra cost.

plan set can vary. If you have any question on what is

All modified plans are
delivered in high resolution electronic form as PDF
files.
The full sample set of plans
does not include modification to the plans of any sort.
The church can have plans with requested changes by
purchasing the Communication and Fund Raising Plan
Package.
Full Sample Plan Set Price: $895
A church may
upgrade from the Full Sample Plan Set to the
Communication and Fund Raising Plan Set
for the difference between the cost of this
package and the then current cost of the Communication and
Fund Raising Plan Set as of the date of the upgrade.
Full working drawings, sealed and ready
for permitting are also available for all plans in most
states.
All work is performed by a architect licensed in your state.

The purpose of the communication and fund raising plan set
is to provide a customized version of the full sample plan set
that are less complex for the layman to understand. Much of
the distracting technical information is removed and
requested changes are made to the schematic. This plan
set provides a high quality
church floor plan, elevation, and rendering suitable for
communicating with your congregation and to be used in a
capital campaign.

All customized plans are delivered in high
resolution electronic form in both PDF and re-sizable
image formats suitable for print and web communications.
All files are designed to print up to 24x36 inches in a
quality suitable for framing.
Note: Plan modifications are limited to those that do
not change the footprint , structural characteristics,
or fundamental design of the building, and are limited
to 2 revisions. Modifications outside of this scope
(such as resizing the building or other structural
changes) be required, those changes will be quoted
separately.
